Good to know before you join

What comes in a box?

30 ml bottles (100 ml+ bottles in the Big Juice Box, devices in the Disposable Vape Box) from brands sold in our store, picked to match the flavor profile you set up when you join. Every pick comes with a reason.

Can I choose what I get?

Yes. A week before your box ships we show you every bottle. Keep what you love, swap what you don't, add extras or build the whole box yourself. It locks 48 hours before it ships so we can pack it.

When am I charged?

The first box is charged when you join. After that, each box is charged on its ship date — you see the date and the total on your dashboard, and you can move it.

Can I skip a month or pause?

Anytime. Skip a box, pause for a few months, change your box size or flavors, or cancel — all from your dashboard, no phone calls.

What nicotine strengths are there?

The 3, 6 and 12 Bottle Boxes and the Big Juice Box come in 0, 3, 6 or 12 mg. The Salt Nic Box is 18 mg and up.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the U.S. where vape products can be delivered. You must be 21 or older to join.
